| Peter Williams, P.E. Principal has over 29 years of experience in the coastal and civil engineering field. He has been responsible for a wide range of coastal projects involving navigation improvements, beach erosion control, small craft harbors, shore protection structures, littoral transport studies, and tidal inlets studies. His technical expertise includes development of oceanographic and meteorological design conditions; longshore transport and sediment budget analyses; marina layout and design; evaluation and prediction of shoreline erosion rates; and numerical modeling of coastal flooding due to storm surges and wave run-up. Mr. Williams has provided expert testimony on the design of shore protection structures. |

| Christine M. Player, Principal has over 13 years experience as a waterfront, geotechnical, and environmental engineer and grants coordinator. Ms. Player’s experience runs the gambit from performing all engineering, permitting, sediment sampling and analysis, and construction oversight services for small to very large private cliental. Prior to joining Vine Associates, Ms. Player worked for the Department of Environmental Management, Office of Waterways as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, and Grants Coordinator. |

Susan St. Pierre, AICP, Principal is a professional and certified planner with an extensive project management background in a variety of public and private real estate development, transportation and waterfront projects involving planning and design review, environmental, and land/water use analyses.
Susan is member of the Board of Trustees for the Plummer Home for Boys in Salem, Massachusetts, and a member of the City of Salem Open Space and Recreation Plan Committee. |

King, P.E, has over 25 years experience in civil/transportation engineering design, management, and construction on numerous public and private infrastructure projects throughout New England. His project experience includes highways, utilities, waterfront, transit and intermodal facilities, light and heavy rail, airports, parking strutures and industrial and institutional facilities. |

| David A. Smith, Project Manager, has over 16 years experience and has contributed to the survey, inspection, planning, permitting and design of waterfront projects throughout the Eastern United States, including bridges, urban ports and harbors, dredging projects, marinas, docks, parks bulkheads, breakwaters and seawalls. His responsibilities have included the coordination and implementation of survey and inspection work, above and below water of existing facilities, and projects under construction. Mr. Smith has participated in numerous river and harbor dredge projects including pre- and post-dredge hydrographic sureys, side scan surveys, sub-bottom profilesurveys, eelgrass/shellfish delineations, soil exploration, calculation of pay quantities and permit preparations. He has undergone extensive training in the methods and use of various surveying and inspection equipment. His construction and dive inspection experience provides keen insight into the design and preparation of construction documents for waterfront structures. |

| Martha Craig Rheinhardt, Senior Scientist, has provided wetland consulting services for over fifteen years. Her experience includes the evaluation of impacts of proposed projects on wetland and coastal resources, shellfish and eelgrass surveys, functional assessment, wildlife habitat analysis, and ecosystem restoration. Typical projects involve activities related to wetland delineation, shellfish and eelgrass surveys, project design review, replacement wetland design, wetland restoration, construction monitoring and permitting. Ms. Rheinhardt is also responsible for representing public and private clients at public hearings and site visits. |

His responsibilities have included site grading and design, stormwater management system design, field survey and condition inspection work, and sub-surface sewage disposal system design, and the monitoring of projects under construction, including inspection of Stormwater and BMP improvements to ensure compliance with the DEP Stormwater Management Policy. His construction and survey experience provides a solid basis for the design and preparation of construction documents. |

He has participated on major studies and projects including the CZM project for delineating the historic coastline of Massachusetts. He has also been involved in the permitting and due diligence studies for many major waterfront development projects. |
