Vine Associates, Inc. (VAI) has performed numerous topographic, hydrographic and site surveys necessary for planning studies, permitting and design in all aspects of waterfront projects.  We have also performed several pre and post dredge mooring surveys working with various marine contractors to precisely locate inventory record, remove and reinstall existing moorings at their exact locations within harbors, and mooring areas.  We have performed this work utilizing DGPS and with a land-based survey Total Station.  We currently have fully equipped and experienced personnel devoted to providing our clients with this specialized type of surveying.
