VAI has provided subconsultant services for the implementation of a Harbor Plan for the City of Everett. The program considered the entire shoreline of Everett, evaluating current infrastructure conditions, potential improvements to current operations, and the programming of future facilities that would provide increased access and utilization of the Everett water sheet.
Expanded uses include a small berthing facility along the Medford river, installation of a mooring field, and fish pier and landside support structures.
