Over the past 15 years, VAI has worked for the Town of Scituate on over two dozen storm damage repair projects.  Several of these projects were funded by the Federal Government FEMA Program and State funding, totaling in the order of 5 million dollars.  Repaired structures have included revetments, seawalls, and jetties.  VAI also provided the Town with an inspection and inventory system for the management of necessary repairs along the entire length of Scituate shoreline.  The system has been valuable in the securing of Federal and State funding assistance for the Town
