Vine Associates, Inc. was retained by the Department of Recreation and Conservation to plan, permit and design a walkway for public usage along the Taunton River in Fall River.  The $2.2 million walkway project extends approximately 4,000 linear feet along State, City and private parcels.  The fully handicap accessible walkway includes pile supported and land supported walkways as well as a timber pier with an observation platform.
